Printing at any university campus is fast and usually time sensitive therefore the prices as a whole have went up significantly. This majorly cases a problem for everyone. Especially the bulk printees
I developed a specific set of questions to collect qualitative data to gain participants' input on how the experience was at these printing shops.
These questionnaires were given out to U.P.E.S students to fill out anonymously. There were a total of 122 students that participated. The questionnaires helped us understand the core painpoints of the printing experience.
Printing Errors
The holisic theme of the findings that the users had were frustated due to the inaccurac of printers found at these printing shops and often due to so much comotion orders would get mixed up.
Slow Printing Speed
Students would have to wait at these shops for significantly ange amount of time due to huge differnt between the slow prinitng speed of these printers.

There are only 2 printing shops for students to access, one inside and one right outside of the university campus for more than 11,000 students.

Inventory Planning
Bulk prining helped vendors predict and plan the raw materials they needed to get every month. Further helping them optimise their business.
Cheaper
Bulk printing is much cheaper compared to individual printing for students, bringing down the prices was the major factor dolding back students.
Less Errors
Bulk printing is more presice compared to regular printng due to the mechanism of the machines. Eg- T-shirt heat presses are much more effecient when heated up, which takes time leading the regular orders to be messed up.

Permanent Partnership with Vendors
As a result of print sprint, We were able to partner with the 2 major printing shops in dehradun and increase their revenue in the process.

Increased brand recognition
Creatappa became a recognised within the university and in the city of dehradun himself. We were also able to incubate with the E-cell at UPES.
